The staff and supervisor at the Homeless Point of Entry program were extremely well knowledged and always willing to help. The supervisor took a lot of time into making sure I knew what I was doing and helped answer any questions I might have while dedicating an hour every week without fail for us to have supervision meetings together.
What I wish was different
I just wish it had been closer to where I will and that the cubicles we had were more well structured for the interns.
Advice
Always feel free to ask questions and know that it is not expected you be an expert in every resource we help provide as it is many. Be okay to say you need to ask another staff member in order to give the client the proper care they need.
