Compensation: $50–$55/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home or private school therapy sessions

• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Support sensory, motor, and emotional development

• Educate and communicate with families

 

Qualifications:

Florida OT license (required or pending)

• Strong interpersonal skills

Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team! In this role, you will provide in-home pediatric occupational therapy services to pediatric patients.

This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or those looking to gain hands-on experience in a flexible, supportive environment.

 

Responsibilities

    •    Create and Implement treatment plans to help children improve motor skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and daily activities

    •    Work closely with families to support and educate them on therapy strategies

    •    Travel to patients’ homes or Private schools within the service area (reliable transportation required)

    •    Maintain a fun, engaging, and child-friendly approach to therapy

Qualifications

    •    Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential

    •    Strong communication and collaboration skills

   •    No prior work experience required – We welcome new graduates!

Ability to Commute:

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for home visits in Palm Beach and occasionally, Broward County

 

Licensure: Certified Occupational Therapist License in Florida
