Job Description

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills to join our employee owned company. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer. It is a full-time regular position, Monday-Friday with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

This position can be responsible for a number of varying accounting activities. These activities include:

  • Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements
  • Compile and analyze unit cost information
  • Develop and maintain standard costs
  • Collaborate with project leads to understand product cost and pricing
  • Conduct financial analysis of capital purchase opportunities
  • Collaborate with the technical team and management to provide financial insight on company operations.
  • Oversee the Accounts Receivable collection process
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
  • Self-motivated - Able to work with little direction
  • Strong sense of integrity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work with others
  • Knowledge and understanding of GAAP
  • Fluent with Excel
  • Able to communicate effectively in person and via written communication
  • Desire for continuous improvement
  • Capabilities in data collection and coding would be ideal, but not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hours/day
  • Monday-Friday
