Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Our multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. This is a W-2 position and the successful candidate will provide occupational therapy services both in our clinic and in-home through the First Steps program.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine patients' developmental levels, strengths, and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and injuries
• Provide occupational therapy services in clinic and in-home settings
• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders about treatment plans and progress

Qualifications:

• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in Indiana
• Experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
