Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Clinic (New Grads Welcome)

Salary: $40–$50/hour ($83,200–$104,000/year)

What You’ll Do as an Occupational Therapist:

Provide 1-on-1, 45-minute therapy sessions

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-op needs

Create and update individualized care plans

Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and clinical team members

Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs

Document care efficiently using tech-driven tools

Contribute to a supportive, team-based clinic culture

Qualifications:

Occupational Therapy degree (graduating within 3 months or already licensed)

Washington State OT license (or eligible to obtain)

CPR certification
