
Youth Soccer Coach
Seatown FC is seeking passionate and experienced Soccer Coaches to join our U8 - U15 coaching staff. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a positive, collaborative environment and are dedicated to developing young athletes both on and off the field. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective soccer training programs tailored to the needs of players aged 8-15.
- Provide individualized coaching and mentoring, focusing on player development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Foster a positive and supportive team culture.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches to ensure a cohesive coaching strategy.
- Monitor player progress and adjust training as needed.
- Assist with game-day preparation, including warm-ups and strategy.
- Engage with parents through regular meetings and communication.
Experience:
- Previous experience coaching youth soccer, especially with children aged 8-15.
- Strong understanding of soccer tactics and skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
Commitment:
- Availability two days a week: Mondays and Friday or Wednesday and Friday. (1.5 hours)
- In the summer, availability of one or two weekends per month is required for summer tournaments. (July - August - September)
- 2.5 to 5 hours per week.

Compensation:
- Competitive monthly stipend during the season.
