Housing Coordinator

Job Type: You set your own hours (minimum of 25 hours per week recommended)
Compensation: $24-26 per hour + bonus potential
Location: Remote/Community-based
Schedule: Flexible—you control your workload with a set minimum of billable hours

Why Work With Us?

At Spirit & Sand, we believe in more than just housing—we are in the business of transforming lives. We work alongside individuals who are ready to take charge of their housing journey, helping them build stability, confidence, and self-sufficiency.

But here’s what makes us different: we offer an opportunity, not just a job. You set your own hours and pay—whether that’s $10K a year or $70K a year (after bonus). You take control of your workload, build relationships, and work as much as you see fit based on your own unique client support strategy.

We want motivated self-starters—people who thrive on independence, flexibility, and taking life into their own hands. If you’ve ever wanted the freedom of running your own business with the support of a mission-driven team, this is it.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in Pavillio (electronic charting system).
  • Track and report billable hours and billable utilization percentage—meeting required targets.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, ethical, and documentation standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in human services, case management, social work, or a related field (housing experience preferred but not required).

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills—connect with clients, landlords, and community partners.
  • Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and manage your own schedule effectively.

  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a personal vehicle.

  • A workplace that values YOU—your time, your well-being, and your impact
  • 401(k) with employer match (available regardless of hours worked)
  • Bonus potential for high performers
  • Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
