Member Experience Associate
As a Member Experience Associate you are the first interaction a customer has when they arrive at Ritual and the last interaction as they leave. The Member Experience Team is at the crux of turning ordinary, transactional exchanges into extraordinary, memorable moments.
The Member Experience Associate role is a part-time position with an expected availability of 4-10 hours per week but can more depending on demand, performance, and availability.

What You’ll Do:
As a Member Experience Associate, you play a critical role in creating magic for our riders at Ritual. Including:
- Greeting riders by name whenever possible and authentically getting to know them.
- Checking in riders at the front desk
- Providing shoe rental to guests as needed
- Selling water, juice, and other Ritual merchandise
- Reviewing the class roster ahead of time to create celebration moments for Rider Milestones (birthdays, first time ride, 100 rides, etc)
- Helping orient new riders to the space and returning riders as-needed
- Listening & watching for cues from riders to find creative ways to either make-right or delight a situation
You are also responsible for ensuring a safe and clean studio environment at all times. Including:
- Assisting the Instructor in helping riders setup their bike and notate settings when possible
- Assisting the Instructor in helping riders clip into their bike
- Wiping down bikes after class
- Cleaning the studio as needed and/or as part of opening/closing procedures
- Ensuring there are always clean towels ready for the next class
- Following all closing and opening procedures provided to you by Ritual management
Our Member Experience Team works in-person at Ritual in Lakewood, CO and reports directly to the Founder & Owner of Ritual.
