Role Description
This is a part-time (potential for full-time), in-home role as a Behavioral Health Technician. There are several available positions throughout Johnston County, NC. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will be responsible for implementing behavioral interventions, applying Applied Behavior Analysis techniques, and fostering effective communication with clients and their families. Additionally, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote the growth and autonomy of families and their children.

Qualifications:
- Passion for helping others, specifically children and families with autistic children
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- At least 18-years-old
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficiency in effective communication
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
- Driver's License

Preferred:
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Experience in behavioral intervention and psychology
- Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and related therapies
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Understanding of evidence-based practices and interventions
