Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our global team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our company's growth by assisting in the full-cycle recruitment process and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job postings
  • Source and screen potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring efficient communication between candidates and hiring teams
  • Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) to maintain accurate candidate records
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote employer branding
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters) and HCM (SuccessFactors)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media recruitment tools
  • Familiarity with video interviewing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting is preferred
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion practices in recruitment is a plus
  • Understanding of various job markets and industry trends

Additional Information

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY:  The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $53,7600 – $56.500. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits package, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and Tuition Reimbursement, in addition to other programs and perks.
