Roles and Responsibilities:

As our Performance Performance Physical Therapist, you will conduct evaluations and treatments providing 1-on-1 care for 6-8 patients daily. You will progress patients back to pain-free function and high-level activity within a fitness-forward approach. In collaboration with our dynamic team, our goal is to provide the best possible patient outcomes by adhering to our core values and team philosophy.

How to be Successful:

To succeed in this role, you need to be a licensed physical therapist in California and CPR certified. We're looking for candidates with a fitness background, critical thinking skills, and a strong clinical skillset. We preferably would like someone with a background in one of our niches that include CrossFit and adult functional fitness, youth athletes, running, or golf. If you're personable, confident, willing to learn, and thrive in a team-centered environment, you could be our ideal clinician.

What You'll Get:

As a Performance Physical Therapist at The Movement Schopp, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $90,000- 105,000, medical benefits, PTO, and the flexibility to build your own schedule. Our bonus structure is based on performance rather than volume with opportunities to grow within the company. Additionally, you'll receive $1,000/year for continuing education, a 100-day onboarding for culture, and weekly mentorship if desired.
