Youth Care Worker

Genesis Youth Services (GYS) is seeking compassionate, dependable Youth Care Workers to support young men in our ALL-MALE Independent Living Plus (ILP) residential facility. This meaningful part-time opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about mentoring youth and helping young men develop the life skills needed to become confident, responsible, and independent adults.

Candidates must be available to work overnight, weekend, holiday, and rotating shifts as needed to support our 24-hour residential program.
