Columbia University is hiring an Assistant Director for the National Synthesis Center for Organismal Resilience (NSCORE), a NSF grant-funded role focused on building a global community around computational organismal biology.

The Assistant Director will help build the NSCORE Learning Gateway, develop educational content and programs, organize virtual and in-person events, engage researchers and students around the world, and lead outreach and communications across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Handshake, Slack, and more.

The role also combines project management, communications, community engagement, data science, and programming, with opportunities to work with academic, nonprofit, industry, and government partners.

💰 Salary Range: $78,000–$85,000
