The Role

We're seeking a confident, engaging **Mat Pilates Instructor** to lead energizing, thoughtfully programmed classes for clients of varying experience levels.

Our ideal instructor combines a strong understanding of Pilates principles with creative sequencing, excellent musicality, and the ability to make every client feel welcome.

We love instructors who bring their own personality to the room while maintaining a high standard of instruction.

What You'll Do

- Lead engaging, effective 50-minute Mat Pilates classes that emphasize core strength, control, alignment, and functional movement. - Create intentional, progressive sequences that are challenging, accessible, and easy to follow. - Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate different fitness levels. - Incorporate music and thoughtful pacing to create a dynamic class experience. - Provide clear verbal cues, form corrections, and encouragement. - Build authentic relationships with clients and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment. - Arrive prepared, begin and end classes on time, and maintain a professional studio environment. - Collaborate with the PulseHaus team on special events, themed classes, and community experiences.

What We're Looking For

Required: - Mat Pilates instructor certification or completion of a recognized Mat Pilates training program. - Strong understanding of Pilates fundamentals, anatomy, alignment, and safe movement practices. - Ability to confidently lead group fitness classes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude. - Availability to teach a consistent weekly schedule.

Preferred: - At least one year of group fitness teaching experience. - Experience with contemporary Mat Pilates, athletic Pilates, or Pilates-inspired fitness. - Experience incorporating props such as light weights, resistance bands, Pilates balls, and sliders. - Strong musicality and creative class programming. - Interest in teaching special events or themed classes.
