ABA Therapist/RBT Substitute

About the Role We're looking for a group of substitute ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) available at a variety of different times and days to be reached out to for coverage in our clinic located in Manahawkin, NJ during daytime and afternoon hours. You'll step in to deliver one-on-one behavioral intervention services to clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

This is a substitute/on-call role. You'll be contacted as coverage needs arise during daytime and afternoon hours and expected to implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and professionalism.

Required:

• High school diploma required
•  Prior experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on a substitute/on-call basis with availability across a variety of days and times
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to follow a treatment plan precisely
