Part-Time Job Coach
The Arc of Southeast Iowa

The Arc of Southeast Iowa is hiring Part-Time Job Coaches to support adults with disabilities at their community employment sites. We currently have hours available in Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty and Tiffin/Oxford area.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support individuals at their jobs while helping them build skills, independence, and confidence
  • Follow individualized service plans and provide direct, on-site coaching
  • Complete required documentation and communicate updates to supervisors
  • Maintain confidentiality and respond calmly to emergencies
  • Promote client rights and teach employment-related skills

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Associate degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 months of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Iowa driver’s license and insured vehicle preferred
  • Ability to complete required training within 6 months
