Untapped Learning is hiring Executive Function Coaches to work one-on-one with middle school, high school, and college students.

You'll help students build confidence, independence, and skills that last. It's coaching, not tutoring. You'll work with the same students each week, helping them get organized, manage their time, and follow through on their goals.

Along the way, you'll build leadership, communication, and coaching skills that carry into almost any career.

What You'll Do

Coach students one-on-one through weekly video sessions.

Help students build systems for planning, organization, and time management.

Set goals, track progress, and provide accountability between sessions.

Build strong relationships with students and communicate with families.

Manage your student caseload, including preparation and follow-up.

Who We're Looking For

You're organized, dependable, good with people, and genuinely want to help students grow.

Experience in mentoring, tutoring, coaching, athletics, camp counseling, or leadership is a plus. No teaching degree or previous executive function coaching experience is required.

Current college students, graduate students, and graduates from all majors are welcome.

Pay & Schedule

$27.50–$40 per student per week, depending on experience.

Approximately $22–$32/hour equivalent, based on 75 minutes per student.

Full-time opportunities available.

Primarily after-school and evening sessions across U.S. time zones.

School-year commitment.
