We are strongly committed to sending staff and members to two-week Clubhouse training as well as regional and international conferences.We are looking for an energetic, passionate, confident, and skilled person that wants to work in an environment that makes a difference and is different every day. In this important role, the Food Services / Culinary Unit Coordinator is responsible for engaging Clubhouse participants in the work of the Clubhouse. Work side-by-side with participants while coordinating various activities and projects which includes cooking breakfast, lunch or dinner, menu planning, tracking the food budget, maintaining all town/state health code requirements, plan and coordinate social events/parties, and health and wellness activities.Clubhouses are unique locations that offer individuals with mental health challenges a vibrant, fun, and engaging environment. Clubhouses help people move forward in their mental health recovery journey. This role requires great flexibility as you will work one-on-one and in groups. Our ideal team member would be someone that is passionate about food and sharing this with others. Required Skills

• Drivers' license and reliable car to be used to transport members during the day required.

Required Experience

• BA/BS and/or relevant experience preferred
• Clubhouse experience, community based programs, or Recovery Learning Community a plus
