Part-time W-2 | $24–28/hour | Approximately 5–25 hours/week

Amplify Performance Center is building a founding volleyball coaching team dedicated to raising the standard of athlete development.

We combine structured volleyball instruction, athletic performance training, and mental performance development to help young athletes grow on and off the court.

Our methodology emphasizes Clarity, Command, Communication, and Compete.

Responsibilities

Coach small-group volleyball development sessions.

Teach and reinforce technical skills, movement, decision-making, and communication.

Provide individualized athlete feedback.

Support a positive, safe, and development-focused training environment.

Participate in coach onboarding, training, and certification.

Potentially coach private lessons, semi-private sessions, and clinics when authorized.

Qualifications

Strong volleyball playing, coaching, or instructional background.

Ability to communicate effectively with youth athletes.

Dependable, professional, and committed to athlete development.

Coaching experience preferred; qualified former players are encouraged to apply.

Willingness to complete required background screening, youth-safeguarding training, and coaching certifications before athlete-facing assignments.

Availability for afternoon, evening, and potentially weekend sessions.

What We Offer

$24–28/hour base compensation.

Additional earning opportunities through separately authorized private lessons, semi-private sessions, and clinics, with applicable premium hourly rates.
