Welcome & Wellness Representative

Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to new health plan members to welcome them, explain their healthcare services and benefits, and complete Health Risk Assessments (HRAs). Contractors will make a positive first impression while helping members understand their available resources and healthcare options.

Application Process: 

1. Create Profile 

2. Complete Assessments (only one-attempt is allowed) 

3. Pass PC Scan (must be on a computer, not mobile device) 

4. Record Video Interview (can re-record as many times as needed)

Earnings Potential 

- Earn $0.31/customer interaction minute 

- Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes. 

- On average, contractors can earn up to the equivalent of $18.60/hr

Skills Needed 

- Ability to provide excellent customer service. 

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 

- Tech-savvy and avid computer user. 

- Calm and empathetic nature 

- Must follow HIPAA regulations on each call

Schedule 

- Flexible schedule opportunities - you create your own schedule! 

- Schedule available hours Monday-Friday, 10am - 8pm cst.

Work Environment Requirements 

- Quiet, uninterrupted space during all working hours.

Technology Requirements 

- Personal computer (no tablet) 

- Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS 

- Wired internet connection, such as cable, fiber optic, or DSL (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or mobile internet) - Windows 11 operating system 

- Windows Security/Microsoft Defender Antivirus (included in Windows 11 and free to use), running and up to date - Wired USB headset with microphone. 

- A smart phone and be willing to accept texts related to program work. 

- Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
