Join our team and help make healthcare more accessible!Partnership for Good Health (PGH) is a Cleveland-based nonprofit dedicated to reducing cultural, language, and systemic barriers to healthcare for refugee and immigrant families in Cuyahoga County.We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and collaborative Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise and support our team of Community Health Workers (CHWs).This position combines staff leadership, clinical guidance, and care coordination. It is primarily a supervisory role rather than a traditional direct patient care nursing position.

Key Responsibilities• Supervise, coach, and support CHWs in their daily work.• Provide clinical guidance regarding client health concerns and follow-up care.• Monitor caseloads, documentation, and program quality.• Support staff training, professional development, and accountability.• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community partners to improve access to care.

Qualifications• Current, active Ohio RN license required.• Nursing experience in a healthcare or community-based setting.• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to lead and support a team working with culturally diverse communities.• Supervisory experience, community health experience, or experience working with refugee and immigrant populations is preferred.We are looking for someone who enjoys mentoring others, values cultural diversity, and wants to make a meaningful difference in community health.
