Summary
We are seeking a passionate Fitness Instructor to join our team at Westwood Club. In this role, you will be responsible for leading various fitness programs and classes that promote health, wellness, and enjoyment among our members. Your expertise will help foster a vibrant community centered around fitness and camaraderie.
Responsibilities
Lead engaging group fitness classes that cater to various skill levels.Design personalized fitness programs tailored to individual member goals.Educate members on proper body mechanics and exercise techniques.Incorporate diverse fitness modalities such as yoga, cycling, and CrossFit into classes.Foster a supportive and motivating environment for all participants.Monitor member progress and provide feedback to enhance their fitness journey.Collaborate with other staff to ensure a seamless experience for members.Requirements
