Chief of Staff

About the Role

ProjectHER is seeking an organized, strategic, and motivated Black woman to serve as National Chief of Staff. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with organizational leadership to strengthen internal operations, coordinate priorities, and support the execution of our mission.

The Chief of Staff will help ensure that ideas become actionable plans and that teams remain organized, connected, and accountable.

What You'll Do

Support national leadership with strategic planning and organizational priorities.

Coordinate meetings, agendas, follow-ups, and internal communications.

Track projects, deadlines, assignments, and organizational milestones.

Help improve internal systems, workflows, and team coordination.

Support collaboration across departments and chapter leadership teams.

Assist with special projects, leadership initiatives, and organizational development.

Qualifications

The only eligibility requirements are:

Must be a Black woman between the ages of 18 and 22.

Must reside in the United States.

No prior professional experience is required. Applicants interested in leadership, organization, strategy, or nonprofit management are encouraged to apply.
