Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) & Art Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) & Art Therapist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will provide psychotherapy services, utilizing evidence-based approaches and art therapy to support individuals and families across diverse populations. Is a licensed therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) and an Art therapist (practice in California)Is passionate about working with kids 5+ and seniors, especially Asian Millennials and Gen Z

Speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese, or another language is a plus

Conduct sessions and utilize evidence-based practices such as ACT, EFT, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, attachment, family systems, art therapy, etc.Familiar with CPT codes to document services and provide diagnoses, develop thorough treatment plans aligned with each client’s needs, including those with autism, ADHD, or other dual diagnoses.Maintain treatment records and complete progress notes in a timely manner.Attend supervision or peer support groups and required meetings regularly.Collaborate with team members to provide care and passionate about providing support to peersEngage in ongoing professional development to stay current on mental health trends, therapeutic techniques, and legal requirements related to HIPAA and other regulations.Able to facilitate group therapy or workshops if neededTake part in occasional community and outreach events (we love art, food, and healing spaces!)

Qualifications

Valid licensure as a Licensed Therapist (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in California with active and good standingCertification or registration in art therapy from an accredited program; additional certifications in music therapy or recreational therapy are a plus.Proven experience working with children, individuals with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), PTSD, or other mental health conditions.Trained in trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and inclusive practicesExcellent communication skills to effectively engage clients across age groups and backgrounds while maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care in private practice environments.Comfortable working independently and remotely, with support from a collaborative team.Multilingual (especially Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese, or another non-English language) is a plus!Yoga instructor or sound bath certification is a plus!Join us in creating a positive impact through innovative therapeutic services!
