About PulseHaus Studios PulseHaus Studios is a mat Pilates and movement studio in downtown Haverhill, opening August 24, 2026. We're built around rhythm, precision, and presence — classes pair technical Pilates instruction with curated soundscapes in an intentionally designed space. We offer both heated and non-heated class formats. As a new studio, our instructors help shape how we teach, how we sound, and how we build community.

- Lead 45–50 minute mat Pilates classes for groups of up to 20 participants
- Teach in both heated and non-heated formats
- Deliver clear, precise verbal and tactile cueing with emphasis on alignment, control, and safe progression
- Program classes to the music — pacing, transitions, and energy are structural to how we teach
- Offer modifications and progressions across experience levels, from Foundations to advanced
- Recognize and respond appropriately to heat-related distress in heated classes
- Set up and reset the studio space before and after class
Qualifications
- Current mat Pilates certification from a recognized program (Balanced Body, BASI, STOTT, Power Pilates, Peak Pilates, or comparable)

- Confident, calm presence in front of a group of 20
- Reliable availability for a consistent weekly schedule

- Experience programming or teaching to music
- Heated fitness format experience (hot yoga, heated barre, heated sculpt)
- Barre, sculpt, mobility, or stretch instruction background
- Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Portuguese)
