Alliance Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated, licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at our Vista clinic on a per diem basis (independent contractor).

Our office is one of the busiest personal injury practices in San Diego, offering an excellent opportunity for a driven physical therapist who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. We are looking for a dependable, professional, and hardworking individual who takes initiative, delivers quality patient care, and wants to grow alongside an established medical practice.

Schedule

We offer flexible per diem scheduling, with availability for one or more of the following shifts:

• Weekdays: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM or 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Candidates may be considered for weekday shifts, Saturday mornings, longer weekend shifts, or a combination of these options, depending on availability and clinic needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a professional clinical setting.
• Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans within the scope of practice.
• Deliver patient-centered care and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the medical team regarding patient care and progress.
• Comply with applicable professional standards, licensing requirements, and clinic policies.

Required Qualifications

• Current, active California Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Must carry and maintain individual professional malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to quality patient care.
• Availability for at least one of the listed shifts.
