Preschool & Recreation Gymnastics Instructor
Location: Copley, Ohio | Part-Time | On-Site
We're looking for an energetic, positive, and dependable part-time gymnastics instructor to join our team. Our classes are in high demand, and we need someone who genuinely loves working with kids and can bring enthusiasm to every session.
No gymnastics background required — we'll train the right person. What we do need is someone who connects well with young children, shows up ready, and can manage a class with patience and energy.
What you'll do
- Wholeheartedly embrace and promote our company vision
- Instruct children in gymnastics and tumbling techniques and safety practices
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all participants
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during classes and activities
- Spotting students through skills and moving equipment
- Communicate with parents about student progress when needed
- Help maintain a clean and organized gym space
About you
- Experience working with children is a must — teaching, coaching, childcare, or similar
- A teaching or sports background is a plus
- Familiarity with preschool gymnastics, beginner gymnastics, or tumbling is a bonus, but not required
- Energetic and patient — kids' energy is real, and so is the job
- Reliable and punctual; our class schedule depends on it
- Prior gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, or acrobatics experience
- Early childhood education coursework or background should apply
