Care Worker - Runcorn

We are recruiting Care Workers for available positions across the UK. Drivers and non-drivers are welcome to apply. Training and support will be provided, and suitable candidates will be guided through the recruitment and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred care and support to service users.

Assist with personal care and daily living activities where required.

Support service users with mobility and moving and handling needs.

Assist with medication-related duties in accordance with the care plan and relevant procedures.

Provide basic life support when required and within the appropriate training and guidance.

Maintain the dignity, privacy, independence, and wellbeing of service users.

Follow individual care plans, risk assessments, and workplace policies.

Communicate effectively with service users, families, and other members of the care team.

Maintain accurate and appropriate care records.

Report any concerns or changes in a service user's condition to the appropriate person.

Requirements:

Previous care experience is preferred, but candidates with relevant skills and experience may also be considered.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach to care.

Willingness to complete required training.
