After School Program PE Coach

Location: Miami, Florida (Onsite)Employment Type: Part-Time, 20 hours per weekHours: 2:30PM – 5:30PM, Monday–Friday

About the RoleWe're looking for an enthusiastic and dependable PE Coach to lead physical education and recreational activities for our after school program. You'll work directly with students to build healthy habits, develop teamwork, and make after school hours engaging and active.

What you'll do- Plan and lead daily physical education activities, games, and sports for students- Supervise students during program hours (2:30PM–5:30PM, Monday–Friday)- Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants- Adapt activities to different age groups and skill levels- Communicate with program staff and coordinators about student progress and behavior- Set up and break down equipment before and after sessions- Enforce safety rules and maintain order during activities

About you- Experience working with children or youth in a coaching, teaching, or camp setting- Comfortable leading group activities and managing student behavior- Reliable, punctual, and energetic- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have- Background in physical education, kinesiology, sports science, or a related field- Experience in a school or after school program setting- Knowledge of age-appropriate sports and fitness activities
