Mental Health Therapist

Astria Health is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our team! Provide clinical care and support to patients with mental health conditions in outpatient settings. The role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, therapy, and collaboration with a healthcare team.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active Washington State licensure (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT)
• Knowledge of Washington State mental health laws and regulations 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in inpatient or behavioral health settings
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
