BCBA Student Intern
We are seeking a motivated BCBA Student Intern who is currently enrolled in a BACB-approved program and working toward direct/ indirect fieldwork hours. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on ABA experience, and exposure to ethical, effective behavior-analytic practices in a school setting. We are seeking an intern interested in accruing primarily unrestricted hours.
Key Responsibilities
Program development, management and review.Assist in conducting assessments (e.g., preference assessments, skill assessments, functional behavior assessments) under the supervision of a BCBA.Support in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.Collect, graph, and analyze data to inform client progress.Collaborate with supervisors, RBTs, and interdisciplinary team members.Maintain accurate documentation in line with BACB and organizational requirements.Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a graduate-level ABA, psychology, education, or related BACB-approved program.Strong communication, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.Passion for serving neurodivergent individuals and commitment to ethical ABA practices.Schedule: Monday through Friday, School hours
