Outpatient Physical Therapy at Cottage
As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinic, you’ll work with patients across the lifespan recovering from injury, surgery, or illness. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, families, and PTAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practice. Services may include manual therapy, aquatic therapy, vestibular rehab, and more.
This is a steady-paced position with a diverse outpatient caseload and a strong emphasis on patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized, physician-guided treatment plans.
- Provide a variety of outpatient interventions, including Graston, aquatic therapy, biofeedback, and vestibular rehab.
- Reassess progress, adjust care plans, and collaborate with care teams.
- Educate patients, families, and staff on exercises, safety, and recovery support.
- Supervise PTAs and students and support discharge planning.
- Ensure age-appropriate and psychosocially aware care.
- Maintain documentation that meets billing and departmental standards.
