Care Talent Recruitment is recruiting Care Workers for available positions across the UK. Both drivers and non-drivers are welcome to apply.

The role involves providing person-centred care and support to service users, assisting with daily living and personal care, mobility and moving and handling, and medication-related duties where required. Care Workers will also support service users' dignity, independence and wellbeing, follow care plans and risk assessments, maintain accurate records, and report any concerns appropriately.

Previous care experience is preferred, although candidates with relevant experience and skills may also be considered. Training and ongoing support will be provided throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
