About the Role

We're looking for a licensed or license-eligible Social Worker with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree to join our team in Flagstaff, AZ. This role is central to how we show up for the people we serve — handling real, complex situations that require clinical judgment, empathy, and the ability to connect clients with what they actually need.

What you'll do

- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans for clients across a range of life circumstances- Provide direct counseling and short-term therapeutic support to individuals and families- Coordinate with community agencies, healthcare providers, and internal staff to connect clients to appropriate resources- Manage an active caseload — tracking progress, updating documentation, and adjusting plans as client needs evolve- Respond to crisis situations; assess risk and implement safety planning- Advocate on behalf of clients within systems that don't always make it easy- Facilitate group sessions or psychoeducational workshops as needed- Maintain accurate case records in compliance with agency and regulatory standards

About you

- MSW from an accredited program required- Licensed (LMSW, LCSW, or state equivalent) or actively pursuing licensure- Experience in case management, crisis intervention, or direct client services — internship experience considered- Comfortable working with diverse populations across different socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds- Strong written and verbal communication; you can translate complex situations into clear documentation- Familiarity with community resources in northern Arizona is a plus, but not required

Nice to have

- Bilingual (English/Spanish)- Experience with trauma-informed care models- Background in child welfare, behavioral health, or healthcare settings
