Program and Partnerships Coordinator
Northside Tutoring · Atlanta, GA · Part-time, 15–20 hours/week · Hybrid · $[22–28]/hour About us. Northside Tutoring helps Atlanta students land at their target schools. We are launching Northside College Pathways, a college admissions consulting program that guides students from middle school through senior year. Students get a personal roadmap, regular strategy meetings with our founder, and access to internships and summer programs through our partner network. Our founder, Robert Feagin, is a graduate of Stanford University. The role. You will keep the program running smoothly for families, students and partner organizations. You will be the first point of contact for families and the engine behind our partner network. What you will do • Schedule student and parent meetings and manage the program calendar and deadlines. • Onboard new families: send contracts, collect forms and set up records in our CRM. • Research, contact and follow up with internship, camp and summer program partners. • Track student placements, partner agreements, consent forms and certificates of insurance. • Coordinate parent seminars, workshops and events. • Prepare meeting materials, progress reports and family communications. • Support marketing through email newsletters, the website and social media. What you bring • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in education, administration or client service. • Excellent organization, writing and follow-through. • Warm, professional communication with parents, students and organizations. • Comfort with Google Workspace, scheduling tools and a CRM (ActiveCampaign a plus). • Discretion with confidential student and family information. • Reliable transportation for occasional local meetings and events. Nice to have • Experience in college admissions, a school, or a nonprofit youth program. • Existing relationships with Atlanta universities, businesses or cultural organizations. Schedule. Flexible weekday hours, mostly remote, with some in-person meetings and occasional evening or weekend events. To apply.
