Brand & Events Representative

Midtown Manhattan, NY | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | W2
$650–$1,200/week starting pay + uncapped weekly bonuses

Weather is looking for outgoing, motivated people to join our NYC team as a Brand & Events Representative working directly with customers and the public at pop-ups, community campaigns, and experiential activations.

You won't spend your day behind a desk. You'll be out with your team, meeting new people, representing our clients, and learning how to turn a quick interaction into a successful customer or supporter conversation.

This is a face-to-face sales and brand representation role, and your results matter. But you don't need previous sales experience—we provide paid training and help you build the communication, sales, and leadership skills needed to succeed.

What Your Day Can Look Like

- Represent brands and charity campaigns throughout NYC
- Approach and engage new people
- Explain products, services, promotions, or causes
- Turn interested conversations into customers, supporters, leads, or sales
- Work toward daily and weekly goals with your team
- Learn how to confidently handle different personalities and situations
- Build toward additional responsibility and leadership opportunities

Let's be transparent: this is an in-person **event sales and marketing position.** You'll spend most of your day speaking directly with people on behalf of the campaigns we represent.
