As a Supervisory Program Management Specialist, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:

  • Formulating and implementing program evaluation techniques and methodologies to perform and direct a wide variety of studies and projects related to programs and policies.
  • Providing oversight of day-to-day staff and operations of extremely broad, multifaceted programs that have significant impact on the mission of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
  • Advising leadership on policy, operations, and procedures, and recommending programmatic changes to meet requirements and program priorities.
