Field Operations Associate — Sports
Nordhaven Capital is a proprietary trading and research firm that develops technology and operational systems for fast-moving digital markets.
We're looking for sharp, reliable people to join our Field Operations team and work at professional sporting events in select cities across the United States.
This is flexible, project-based work that can fit around university, another job or other commitments. No previous experience in sports, finance or trading is required. We'll train you on exactly what you need to do.
The role
You'll attend professional sporting events in your local area and use our mobile application to complete a specific set of tasks during the game.
Once trained, you'll work independently while staying in contact with our Operations team throughout each assignment.
Most assignments take place during evenings and weekends, making the role particularly well suited to people looking for flexible work alongside their existing schedule.

Previous experience in sports, finance or trading is not required. Experience in hospitality, events, customer service, athletics or other fast-paced environments can be useful, but isn't necessary.
We're much more interested in reliability, judgement and your ability to learn quickly than what's already on your résumé.
Engagement
This is an independent contractor (1099) position. Assignments are offered on a project-by-project basis according to your location and availability.
You'll receive training before completing assignments independently.
