- Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically appropriate documentation
- Communicate professionally regarding scheduling, client-care needs, and continuity of care
- Coordinate referrals to psychiatric, medical, behavioral-health, or community resources when appropriate
- Collaborate with outside providers when clinically indicated and appropriate releases are in place
- Provide psychoeducation and practical coping strategies tailored to client needs

Experience working with culturally diverse and LGBTQ+ populations.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth documentation
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
Interest in growing within an expanding group private practice.
Experience coordinating care with psychiatric, medical, or community providers.

Hours of Work:
This is a part-time, fully remote, fee for service telehealth position. Scheduling is flexible and developed collaboratively based on clinician availability and client demand.

The anticipated caseload is approximately 12 client sessions per week as the clinician’s caseload develops through practice referrals.

Evening and/or weekend availability may be beneficial depending on client needs but is not required unless mutually agreed upon.

Compensation:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Clinicians receive 40% of collected session revenue, with Meridian Counseling retaining 60% for practice-related expenses and services. Based on Meridian Counseling’s current insurance reimbursement rates, clinician compensation generally ranges from approximately $40–$52 per completed session, depending on the client’s insurance carrier and actual reimbursement received.
