Registered Behavior Technician

Peace of Mind ABA is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents in the Greater Los Angeles area.

RBTs will work directly with clients in their homes and communities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, teaching communication, social, safety, and daily living skills, collecting data, and collaborating with the clinical team.

Pay: $28–$32/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available
Location: Greater Los Angeles area

Qualifications: Active RBT certification, high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and a genuine interest in working with children and families. Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
