ABA Therapist/Registered Behavior Technician/ Registered Line Technician

Job description:

Behavior Bee Autism Center is seeking passionate, creative, and dependable ABA Line Technicians to join our dedicated team. Our technicians deliver early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis services in a clinical setting, supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

You will:

• Implement individualized behavior plans under the direction of the BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Consistently apply the principles of ABA in all interactions with children and families.
• Complete daily documentation and data collection notes in a detailed, accurate, and timely manner

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Education
• Experience in child care
• Compassionate and patient with children
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Must pass the Federal background check
• Must have reliable transportation

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or any related field
• Prior experience with ABA therapy
• Previous experience working with children
