Tournament Dates: October 22–25, 2026
Schedule: Games begin at 8:30 AM and run until approximately midnight.
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, knowledgeable, and focused Softball Scorekeeper to keep official individual player statistics during an adult coed softball tournament in Las Vegas.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of softball and baseball, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to accurately track statistics in a fast-paced, competitive game environment. You will be responsible for using the Skeep scorekeeping app to record player and game statistics throughout the tournament.
Responsibilities
- Use the Skeep scorekeeping app to accurately record individual player statistics.
- Track at-bats, hits, home runs, RBIs, runs scored, and other relevant offensive statistics.
- Record on-base by error, fielder's choices, and other scoring outcomes.
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records for every game and player.
- Maintain concentration and accuracy during intense, high-energy games.
- Coordinate with tournament organizers and team representatives as needed.
- Ensure statistics are entered promptly and correctly throughout the tournament.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of softball and baseball rules, scoring, and terminology.
- Previous experience keeping a baseball or softball scorebook, scorekeeping electronically, or tracking player statistics is preferred.
- Ability to learn and confidently operate the Skeep scorekeeping app.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the tournament schedule.
- Ability to remain focused in a competitive and sometimes intense game environment.
- Must have reliable transportation or another dependable way to get to and from Big League Dreams Sports Park in Las Vegas.
- Ability to work extended tournament days, including early mornings and late nights.
Schedule & Availability
The tournament runs October 22 through October 25, 2026, with games scheduled from 8:30 AM until approximately midnight. Applicants must be available for the assigned tournament shifts and understand that some shifts may be long.
Compensation
Compensation: $15/game, games are roughly 1 hour long. Can scorekeep up to 15 games in one day if available.
