Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator

Empire ABA provides in-home ABA therapy for children with autism across North Carolina. We're a growing team focused on connecting families to services quickly and with a personal touch.

About the Role
We're hiring a Business Development & Community Outreach Coordinator to build relationships with pediatric providers, schools, and community organizations that refer families to our services. You'll represent Empire ABA in the field and at local events. This is a strong fit for a student or recent grad interested in psychology, healthcare, public health, communications, or business who wants hands-on experience in a growing healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

  • Visit pediatric practices, therapists, schools, and community organizations to introduce our services and share materials
  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with referral partners
  • Represent Empire ABA at resource fairs, parent support groups, and autism awareness events
  • Conduct outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Log outreach activity and leads in our CRM
  • Guide interested families toward our intake process
  • Contribute ideas for growing our presence in new communities

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Available to work in the field during business hours
  • Comfortable working independently with regular check ins

  • Comfort with basic tech tools (email, Google Workspace, CRM software)

Preferred

  • Degree focus in psychology, public health, communications, marketing, or business
  • Experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, or community engagement
  • Interest in autism, special needs, or healthcare
