What you'll do

  • Film every play of flag football games from the sidelines, using the Game Glimpse app and a phone we provide you to capture all the action.

  • Tag the result of each play (completion, run, incomplete pass, first down conversion, touchdown, safety, etc.) so athletes can easily find their highlights later.

  • Keep up with the action, moving along the sideline with the line of scrimmage to get the best angles.  You’ll typically be on your feet for ~1.25 hours at a time, with a ~10 min break at half time.  You’ll also have breaks in between games as well as a ~1 hour long lunch break, and lunch will be provided.

What you need

  • Football fluency- You don’t need to have played, but you should know the game!  You’ll need to quickly recognize and tag results like first downs, completions, turnovers and penalties for each play, sometimes at no huddle tempo!

  • Hustle- You’ll be on your feet on the sidelines of a 100-yard field, moving with the line of scrimmage.  On deep passes and interceptions, you’ll sometimes need to move quickly to get your next angle.

  • Reliable transportation to the event-  You must be able to arrive at the National Sports Center on time for each scheduled shift and Thursday training.

Why you’ll love it

More than 1,500 athletes from across the US and Canada are coming to Minnesota to compete and represent their cities.  Many of these players have been training all year for this event, and you’ll be right there in the middle of the action, capturing their biggest moments so they can share and relive them with teammates, friends, family and fans!
