Open Positions & Clinical Requirements:

Licensed Psychotherapist:
We are seeking skilled clinicians dedicated to general practice psychotherapeutic care across diverse client populations.

• Licensure Requirement: Active, unrestricted Illinois clinical license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT).
• Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of post-licensure clinical experience in an outpatient or private practice setting.
• Core Competencies: Diagnostic assessment, collaborative treatment planning, excellent documentation, and a dedication to continuing education.

Specialized Trauma Psychotherapist:
We are seeking advanced clinicians with dedicated expertise in developmental, acute, and complex trauma recovery.

• Licensure Requirement: Active, unrestricted Illinois clinical license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT).
• Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure clinical experience specializing in trauma recovery frameworks.
• Clinical Focus: Documented experience working directly with trauma survivors utilizing advanced modalities (EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, IFS, or trauma-informed psychodynamic frameworks).
