Overnight Summer Camp Archery Instructor

We are looking to hire an Archery instructor for our 2027 summer season. Responsibilities of this role include facilitating a safe and engaging program for campers, overseeing the equipment, and keeping the activity area clean. This role is ideal for a candidate with an interest in archery, teaching and youth development. 

Applicant must have:

• Demonstrated experience in archery, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment handling. Additional training will be provided upon arrival at camp. 
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with campers and staff members.
• Ability to maintain a high energy level and engage campers in hands-on instruction.
• Flexibility and patience to adapt to the needs of campers and the camp environment.
• Previous experience working with children is recommended.

Compensation includes a competitive salary, room, board and a travel stipend.
