Youth Soccer Coach – Chula Vista

Rising Stars Development League is looking for an experienced and energetic Youth Soccer Coach for our Sunday youth soccer program in the Chula Vista area.

Responsibilities:

Lead fun, structured soccer practices for youth players

Teach basic soccer skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship

Keep players engaged, active, and encouraged

Create a positive and safe environment for kids of different skill levels

Communicate professionally with parents and the Rising Stars team

Qualifications:

Previous experience coaching or working with youth soccer players

Reliable and available on Sundays

Positive, energetic, and patient with children

Strong communication and leadership skills

Soccer playing or coaching experience preferred
