Location: Farmington, Utah

Work arrangement: Hybrid — in-person office availability 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, with telehealth flexibility outside those hours.

Job description: Life Matters Counseling & Psychological Services is seeking a thoughtful, collaborative mental health therapist to join our established private practice in Farmington, Utah.

We serve children, adolescents, and adults and are looking for a clinician who wants to provide high-quality care while continuing to grow professionally. This is a great opportunity for a provisionally licensed or early-career therapist who wants experience in private practice, support toward independent licensure, and the opportunity to develop a clinical specialty.

What We Offer

W-2/1099 employment Competitive compensation based on licensure and experience 

$2,000 professional training stipend upon hire 

$600 annual continuing education stipend 

Supervision toward independent licensure when applicable 

Support in identifying and developing your own clinical niche Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and administrative support 

Established private-practice infrastructure In-office availability between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM Telehealth flexibility outside of office hours 

Optional Saturday availability 

Who We’re Looking For: Candidates may be provisionally or independently licensed mental health clinicians, including CSW, ACMHC, CMHC, LCSW, psychologist, or other appropriately credentialed professionals. We are especially interested in someone who is: 

Warm, dependable, and collaborative 

Committed to ethical, evidence-based and affirming care 

Interested in growing within private practice 

Excited about developing a clinical specialty with practice support 

Comfortable working with a diverse client population Interested in ADHD/neurodivergent-informed care or already experienced in this area — a plus, but not required Timely and consistent with clinical documentation

About Life Matters: Life Matters Counseling & Psychological Services is an outpatient mental health practice in Farmington, Utah. Our team provides psychotherapy, psychological testing, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to children, teens, and adults. We value clinician development, collaboration, inclusivity, and individualized care.
