Position Overview
Redwood Counseling, LLC is seeking a compassionate Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide ethical, client-centered psychotherapy in a supportive, trauma-informed private practice. Newly licensed and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide intakes and individual, couples, and/or family therapy within your scope of practice.
- Use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches tailored to each client.
- Complete timely assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and risk documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and compliance with legal, ethical, and practice requirements.
- Use SimplePractice and Google Workspace and attend biweekly group practice meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling or a related clinical mental health field.
- Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania LPC license in good standing.
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and commitment to ethical, inclusive, trauma-informed care.
- Ability to work independently, seek consultation when needed, and pass a background check.
- Reliable internet and a private telehealth setting, if applicable.
