Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Redwood Counseling, LLC | Trauma-Informed Private Practice Position Details Part-time W-2 position (10–30 hours/week) | Bloomsburg, PA | In-person or hybrid | Clinician-selected schedule Compensation: Base salary plus a revenue split based on reimbursement for sessions held. 

Position Overview

Redwood Counseling, LLC is seeking a compassionate Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide ethical, client-centered psychotherapy in a supportive, trauma-informed private practice. Newly licensed and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide intakes and individual, couples, and/or family therapy within your scope of practice.
  • Use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches tailored to each client.
  • Complete timely assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and risk documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and compliance with legal, ethical, and practice requirements.
  • Use SimplePractice and Google Workspace and attend biweekly group practice meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in counseling or a related clinical mental health field.
  • Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania LPC license in good standing.
  • Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and commitment to ethical, inclusive, trauma-informed care.
  • Ability to work independently, seek consultation when needed, and pass a background check.
  • Reliable internet and a private telehealth setting, if applicable.
