W-2: $60–$63 per 30-minute session
1099: $65–$70 per 30-minute session
Yeled V'Yalda is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to provide pediatric Early Intervention services throughout New York City.
Our highest current needs include Boro Park and Flatbush, with cases available throughout Brooklyn and across the five boroughs.
Applicants must already be licensed and professionally eligible to provide the applicable services. We are not currently recruiting Occupational Therapy Assistants or students for this position.
Compensation and Benefits
- W-2: $60–$63 per 30-minute session
- 1099: $65–$70 per 30-minute session
- Flexible case selection and scheduling
- W-2 providers meeting Yeled's full-time threshold of 20 contact/service/billable hours per week qualify for full-time employee benefits
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers in accordance with their Individualized Family Service Plans
- Address functional development, motor skills, sensory needs, self-care, participation, and other appropriate treatment goals
- Provide services in homes and other natural or community-based environments
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and members of the multidisciplinary service team
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as appropriate
- Complete accurate and timely service documentation
- Maintain assigned schedules and required administrative workflows
Qualifications
- Completed qualifying Occupational Therapy degree
- Current New York State Occupational Therapist license
- Eligibility and credentials required for applicable Early Intervention services
- Pediatric and Early Intervention experience preferred
- Strong family-centered communication skills
- Comfortable using digital systems for scheduling, documentation, communication, and routine administrative work
